Getting started
The basics of creating and sharing your Linkme.
Three groups. Creators, musicians and athletes use it as one link that also sells and posts for them. Businesses use it when a team publishes to several social accounts and needs reports on them. Agencies use it to run many client profiles from one dashboard. FIFA, Mall of America and the New York Islanders already run pages on Linkme.
Yes. Free gives you a profile with unlimited links, tips, basic analytics (profile visits and link clicks), 5 Post to All posts per 30-day cycle to up to 3 platforms, and up to 3 keyword automations. Your page carries a Powered by Linkme badge. Plus and Pro raise those limits and add selling and lead tools.
Pick a username at signup and your page is live at link.me/yourname. Add links and sections from Edit Profile, then paste the URL into your social bios, messages and email signature. Your dashboard also has a QR code for the page (Your QR Code, then Download) for print.
Profiles & analytics
Customize your page and understand what performs.
Featured links with labels and thumbnails, your social accounts, a bio, a photo and video gallery, contact info, a form, and events. You can also switch on sections for your courses, your merch and digital products, a smart music link, your Instagram and TikTok videos, and Google Reviews. Drag sections to reorder them.
Yes. You set the background color, text color and font, and can put a video behind or in place of your profile photo with styles like Cinematic Blur and Dynamic Frame. Each link can be small, medium, big or a button, with its own icon or thumbnail, and links can run as a carousel. Pro adds animated links (shine, bounce, pulse) and swaps the Linkme mark for your own logo.
Profile Views, Link Clicks, Total Interactions and Engagement Rate for any date range, plus Traffic Sources, a Period Comparison against the previous period, a country and city map, and Real-Time Activity for the last 30 minutes. Every link shows its own click count. These numbers come from your Linkme page only, not from Instagram or TikTok. Free tracks visits and clicks, Plus adds the deeper views, and Pro adds real-time.
Yes. Every profile has one QR code that opens link.me/yourname. Open Your QR Code from the dashboard top bar and press Download to get the image for menus, business cards or signage.
Publish & automate
Post to every channel and engage your audience.
Post to All publishes one video to all of your connected social accounts at once. Upload the video, write a caption, tweak it per platform if you want, choose the accounts, then post now or schedule it, all from a single composer. Each post shows as Published, Processing, Failed or Scheduled.
Seven: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn. Free can include up to 3 platforms in a post; Plus and Pro can include all of them. Free and Plus connect one account per platform, Pro connects up to 10. Caption limits follow each platform, for example 280 characters on X and 2,200 on Instagram.
Yes. Pick a date and time in the composer and the post goes out on its own; you can leave the page and the status updates when it is live. Free includes 5 posts per 30-day cycle with 30-second videos, Plus 30 posts with 1-minute videos, and Pro unlimited posts with 3-minute videos.
Automations answer your Instagram audience for you. A comment automation watches the posts you choose or all of them and, when a comment matches your keywords or on any comment, posts a public reply and DMs the commenter. A DM automation replies to messages in your inbox. Each DM can carry one link, with reply variations and a delay if you want them.
Yes. Automations only run on Instagram, and the account has to be an Instagram Business account so Linkme can read your posts and send DMs. Connect it from the Automations page, then build your first automation.
Yes. Everyone your automations message is counted as a contact and shows up in Leads next to the contacts from your forms, where you can export a CSV or send an email campaign. Free covers 100 contacts a year, Plus 1,000 a month and Pro 100,000 a month, and you can buy more contacts when you run out.
Shops & courses
Sell merchandise, downloads, and learning products.
Merch printed on demand, digital downloads, pay-to-unlock content, courses and tips. Everything sells from your shop at link.me/yourname/shop with Stripe checkout. If you already sell somewhere else, you can list those products and send buyers to your existing checkout. Linkme takes a platform fee that drops on higher plans, plus Stripe processing.
No. Merch on Linkme is print-on-demand products: pick an item, add your own artwork or an AI design, set your price above the base cost, and each order is printed and shipped when it is placed. What you charge above the base price is yours after fees, and the merch fee is lower on Plus and Pro than on Free.
Yes, on Plus or Pro. Add a title, description, price and cover image, upload the file (presets, templates, ebooks, guides, music), connect your payout method and go live. Buyers get the download the moment they pay. You can also sell pay-to-unlock content the same way.
At link.me/yourname/shop, with each product on its own page under that URL. Your profile also shows a Merch & Products section and a Linkme Products section that you can switch on or off in Edit Profile, and merch can be grouped into categories.
Yes, on Plus or Pro. In Course Builder you choose Free or a price in USD, build sections and lessons, and publish. Every lesson needs an uploaded MP4 video and every section and lesson needs a title and description before the course can go live.
Structured sections, each with video lessons that have a title and description, plus downloadable materials attached to a lesson. Students stream lessons on any device, see their progress, and pick up from the last lesson they opened.
After checkout they get an access link, open it on Linkme and sign in with the same email they paid with to claim the course. From then on it sits under Courses in their Linkme account with progress saved. Free courses only need an enroll click.
Teams & agencies
Manage profiles, people, leads, and reporting at scale.
Yes. The Agency plan is $100 a month for 5 client profiles, $20 a month for each extra one, and every profile on it gets Linkme Pro. You add clients and managers by searching their Linkme username and sending an invitation, roles are owner, manager and member, and Edit / Act as user lets you open any client's profile editor as them. Cross-account analytics sit in the same dashboard.
One page for the whole roster. It shows Profile views, Link clicks, Avg CTR and Sales across every client for 7, 30, 90 days or a custom range, with a leaderboard that ranks clients by those numbers. Below that sit a traffic overview, a country and city breakdown, total followers across the connected social accounts, and the top links. Click any client to open their full analytics.
Yes. A form or the Connect with button on your page saves each person to Leads, where you see Total contacts, Active and Unsubscribed and can export a CSV. Write an email there and press Send to All Active Contacts: every campaign goes to the whole active list right away, with no segments or scheduling. History shows Delivered, Open Rate and Click Rate. Forms are on Plus, Leads and campaigns on Pro.
Plans & account
Plans, billing, security, and account management.
Free: your page with unlimited links, tips, basic analytics, 5 Post to All posts per cycle and a Powered by Linkme badge. Plus: advanced analytics, a verification badge, total followers display, forms, the link scheduler, digital products, merch at a lower fee, the course builder, and 30 posts per cycle. Pro: unlimited Post to All with 10 accounts per platform, unlimited automations with 100,000 contacts a month, Leads with email campaigns, real-time analytics, animated links, deeplinks, and your own logo in place of the Linkme mark.
Yes. Go to Settings, then Subscriptions, and use Change plan or View plans to move between Plus and Pro, or cancel there. Cancelling sets the subscription to end at the close of the paid period, so you keep everything until then. Before you confirm, the cancel screen offers a discount, a free month or a pause instead.
Choose Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, phone number or username, and we send a security code. Type the code, set a new password, and sign in. If no account matches what you typed you will see that on screen, so check the spelling before contacting support.
In Settings, open Delete account. You must cancel any active subscription first, and if your account has no password yet you set one first. Enter your password, then the verification code we email you. The account is deactivated for 30 days and permanently deleted after that.
