KizoBags, belts and sneakers shop · Approving a Meta ad
Real Linkme customer pages and public posts. Team, commenters and figures in the dashboard are illustrative. Counts are sped up.
In the Linkme dashboard, Kizo's Ads overview shows Key results for the last 30 days: Spend, Verified revenue and Return, beside a chart of spend and verified revenue and a card that reads 2 things need you. Dana Weiss, the owner, opens the row Diamond belt is waiting on you, from Maya Chen. The Needs attention tab opens with the ad's approval in a drawer: Launch on Meta, Not on Meta until approved, a budget of $20 a day, and a Spend check that says Maya Chen has no monthly limit to launch without approval. Dana clicks Approve and launch, and a message reads Approved. Launching on Meta. Back on the Overview, By network lists Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit, LinkedIn and ChatGPT, and the Meta tile's spend and results grow. Every figure is illustrative.
Setup
- The owner connects each ad account through the network's own sign in, then picks the accounts this workspace uses.
- ChatGPT ads connect with an API key the owner pastes once. Linkme passes it on and does not keep it.
- Build a new ad or boost a post you already published, then launch it from Linkme.
Who controls what
- Owner: everything, including billing, ad accounts and spending.
- Admin: ads need approval unless the owner lets them launch.
- Manager: drafts ads, and launching needs approval unless the owner allows it.
- The owner can let a teammate launch without approval up to a monthly limit. Above that, they need approval.
What you see after
- Spend, results and Return for each network, side by side.
- Verified revenue: sales on your Linkme pages from people who clicked an ad launched from Linkme.
- Needs attention, with every ad waiting on you. Approve it there and it launches.
Limits
- Each network supports its own set of actions. ChatGPT ads, for example, target by country only and cannot boost a post.
- Verified revenue counts only ads launched from Linkme. The network's own reported return shows separately.
- Ads do not run while an agency acts on a client's account. The business signs in itself.
Give every teammate their own login, role and review step.
Invite people by email, give each one a role, and have posts approved before they publish. Every step lands in Team Activity.

In the Linkme dashboard, FIFA World Cup's Plan opens on Needs attention, and the header reads 2 things need you. Two posts wait on Dana Weiss, the owner, each with its sign-off. Dana selects both and clicks Approve. A message reads 2 approvals recorded, both posts leave the list, which reads You're all caught up. On the Overview, Team Activity shows two new rows on top: Dana Weiss, Owner, approved both posts, Just now. On the Calendar, Dana drags Match day reel from Wednesday to Thursday, and a message reads Moved to Thu, Oct 22, with Undo.
Setup
- Invite people by email as an Admin or a Manager. Each person signs in with their own Linkme login, so nobody shares a password.
- Only the owner can make someone an Admin.

Who controls what
- Owner: everything, including billing, ad accounts and spending.
- Admin: invites managers, approves posts and edits the business.
- Manager: works on assigned pages, and their posts need approval.
What you see after
- Needs attention, with every post waiting on a review and its sign-off. Approve one or several at once.
- Team Activity: who submitted, approved and published what.
- The calendar, where a moved post can be undone.
Limits
- When approval is required, one owner or assigned admin must approve the post before it publishes.
- Approval keeps your scheduled time. A post that passed its time can publish once it is approved.
- Reviews happen inside Linkme. An alert tells the reviewer a post is waiting.
