What does Linkme take?
Two fees: a Linkme platform fee set by your plan, and Stripe's processing fee. Merch fees are lower on Plus and Pro. The exact percentages for your plan are in Transaction Fees & Earnings before you publish anything, and every order in Sales shows its total, its fees and what you receive. On a demo we show you the rate for your plan.
Does every page need its own Stripe account?
Yes. Each Linkme page connects its own Stripe payout account, so each page is paid out on its own, to the bank account behind it.
Do I get my buyers' emails?
Yes. Export emails in Sales saves the email of every buyer in the orders you are looking at, all sales, physical or digital, as a file.
Can I sell physical products?
Yes, two ways. Design merch in the Design Maker and Linkme prints and ships every order, so you hold no stock; shipping starts at $3. Or add the products you already sell as External products, with a title, a price and the product link, and buyers check out in your own store.
Can I sell a course?
Yes. Build sections and lessons with MP4 video up to 2 GB each and downloadable materials, then make it free or a one-time payment. Buyers start the moment they pay. Courses are sold once, not as subscriptions.
How do I get paid?
Connect a Stripe payout account once. Tips, shop sales and course revenue are paid out to your bank by Stripe, on the payout schedule Stripe sets for your country.
Can I run a presale?
Yes. Schedule the release and buyers can pay now; the product reaches them automatically on release day, and Linkme can email them when it releases.
Can I put content behind a paywall?
Yes. Choose Pay to Unlock when you create a digital product: people see a blurred preview on your page that unlocks after they pay.
How do buyers pay?
With Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, in a checkout on your Linkme page processed by Stripe. Your products also live together at link.me/yourname/shop, with shipping and tax worked out at checkout.
Can I sell gift cards or offer discount codes?
No. Sell & Monetize covers digital products, merch, courses, tips and links to products you sell elsewhere.
