See it on your brand

On four real Linkme pages. On Papi Steak, American Dream and LIV Miami a visitor types an email into the page's sign up and taps “Connect with”; the contact lands in that page's Leads with its source, Email Contact Form. Papi Steak then exports the list as a CSV, American Dream's numbers climb and LIV Miami opens Lead details. On Jake Paul's page a fan taps the me icon, shares a name, an email and a phone number on the Share your info back card, and the contact lands with the source Add to contacts.

Everything behind the sign up

Four screens: switch on the email field, build a form, read every answer and find anyone in your list. Pick a tab or let it play.

Switch on the email field

In your page's sections, turn on Email Contact Form. Your page shows an email field under the bio, with a “Connect with” button that carries your avatar.

Four teams, four jobs for the list

The me icon at the end of a page's social row and the email field both bring people into Leads. Here is what four teams do next, on their real pages.

Forms with the fields you need

Build a form in your page editor. Name it, add Text, Email and Mobile fields, drag them into order and mark each one Required or not. Pick its colors, show it on your page, and choose whether the people who send it join your Leads.

  • Text, Email and Mobile fields, in any order
  • Required, field by field
  • Add submitters to my leads, or keep answers in Form Submissions only

The source of every contact

Every contact carries where it came from: the email field on your page, Subscribe, Add to contacts, a purchase, or a form by its own name. Filter by source, status, platform or date, and see what each part of your page brings in.

Yours to export

Export CSV downloads your list as a file you keep: every contact, or exactly the ones you filtered, one line each. Import it into any email or CRM tool. People who unsubscribe keep that status in Leads, and every campaign carries an unsubscribe link.

  • Ten columns, from ID to Created Date
  • Exports exactly what you filtered
  • Unsubscribes are kept and respected
The file Export CSV writes, with sample contacts.

For groups with many pages and lists

Restaurant groups, destinations and agencies run a page for each venue, property or client. Each page keeps its own list, forms and exports. The email sign up is one switch per page, and forms are built per page. Book a 30 minute call with one of our experts and go live the same day.

Questions about Lead capture

Where do contacts come from?

From your Linkme page and everything on it: the email field (Email Contact Form), Subscribe, Add to contacts, purchases and each of your forms by its name. Every contact shows its source, and you can filter Leads by it.

What does setup take?

In your page's sections, turn on Email Contact Form and the email field appears on your page. A form is a name and its fields. Book a 30 minute call with one of our experts and go live the same day.

Can I export my contacts?

Yes. Export CSV downloads your whole list, or exactly the contacts you filtered, with ID, Name, Email, Phone, Notes, Platform, Platform Username, Status, Sources and Created Date.

Can people unsubscribe?

Yes. Every campaign carries an unsubscribe link that is added automatically, and it opens an unsubscribe page. Anyone who unsubscribes keeps that status in Leads and is not emailed again.

Do you connect to other email tools?

Not directly. Export your contacts as a CSV and import them anywhere, or send from Linkme with email campaigns.

Is a phone number required?

Only if you mark it Required. Every field on a form has its own Required switch, so you can ask for a mobile number and still let people skip it.

What fields can a form have?

Text, Email and Mobile fields, each with a label you write and a Required switch, in any order. Give the form your own colors, and turn on Add submitters to my leads to add the people who fill it in to your list.

Can I email my contacts from Linkme?

Yes. Open a contact and press Email this lead, or press New campaign to write to everyone subscribed.

Which plans include lead capture?

Every Business plan includes lead capture forms, Leads and email campaigns. On People plans, Linkme Plus adds data capture forms and Linkme Pro adds Leads with email campaigns and CSV export.
