Set it. Forget it. Let Linkme work while you sleep.

Linkme lets you automate your IG engagement so you never miss a beat. Auto-reply to anyone who comments on your posts, and set up instant replies to inbound DMs. You choose whether to trigger these on every comment or only when someone uses a specific keyword. You focus on creating. Let Linkme do the talking.

In his Linkme app, Rick Ross asks Link to send his Dallas tickets to everyone who comments on his tour post. Link fills in the automation: Any comment as the trigger, a public reply, and a DM with a ticketmaster.com link whose button label is Get tickets. He presses Publish and Dallas tickets lands at the top of his five automations, beside Set In Stone, Europe tour, Merch and New book. On a phone, a fan comments on his real Dallas tour post without any keyword, gets a reply and the DM, and a second fan comments three fire emojis and gets answered too. Link reports each step in its thread while the counts climb. The fan taps Get tickets and lands on the ticket page, Section 104, Row F, two tickets for $179.00 with fees included. Link then asks whether Set In Stone should answer any comment too, he presses Approve, and Set In Stone switches from its keyword to Any comment.

  • An Instagram Business account or a Facebook Page you manage.
  • Connect one or both from the Automations page.

Which plans include it

  • Plus and Pro.
  • Every Linkme Business package: AI Standard, AI Power Maxed and Enterprise, each priced on a demo.

What you will see after

  • Your automation replies on its own when a comment or message matches.

If something goes wrong

The public reply sounds the same every time.
Add reply variations. Each one can be up to 300 characters.
The comment DM sent a link, not a button.
A private reply to a comment carries one link, sent once per comment within 7 days. Buttons, up to 3, are for automations that start from a DM, inside Instagram's 24 hour window.
You ran out of automation contacts.
The people your automations message count toward your plan's limit. You can buy more contacts when you run out.
