Every post checked before it goes live.

Managers write posts as usual, and an owner or admin approves them before they publish. Approval keeps the scheduled time, so a post signed off in time goes out when it was planned.

  1. 1

Write the post in Plan, as you normally would.

  2. 2

In the composer, Approval required shows when your role needs a sign off. Anyone else can turn on Request approval.

  3. 3

Tap Submit for approval. The post shows Waiting for approval.

  4. 4

An owner or admin opens Needs attention in Plan and reviews the post.

  5. 5

They tap Approve, or Request changes to send it back.

  6. 6

Once approved, the post publishes at its scheduled time. An overdue post can publish after approval.
