Set who your emails come from before you send.
Before your first campaign, set the sender name, the reply address and the business address that goes in every footer. Linkme sets up the sending address and adds the unsubscribe link.
- Your name, your reply address
- Footer and unsubscribe added
- Ready before your first send
How to set up your sender
Set who your emails come from before you send.

- 1
Open Email, then Sender & health.
- 2
Under Sender details, type your Sender name, the name people see in their inbox.
- 3
Add a Reply-to address, like hello@yourbusiness.com, so replies reach you.
- 4
Add your Business address for the footer. It is required by anti-spam law and added to every email's footer.
- 5
Click Save. Changes apply to the next send.
- 6
Check Sending address. It shows Ready, or Setting up while it gets ready.
