How to roll out to every location
Bring every location onto Linkme, one at a time.

In Connected accounts, pick a page and connect its social accounts.

In Settings, then Team, invite each local manager and assign them to their pages.

Keep local managers on the Manager role, so their posts need approval.

Approve local posts from Needs attention in Plan.

Compare pages side by side in Reports, under By page.
- 6
Click Export to download the By page CSV.

Before you start
- A list of your locations and who runs each one.
- Each location's social account logins, or the person who has them.
Which plans include it
- Every Linkme Business package: unlimited brands and unlimited users.
- Reports by page and campaign outcome reporting: AI Power Maxed and Enterprise.
What you will see after
- Each manager works on their own pages only.
- Reports show every page side by side, against the previous period.
If something goes wrong
- A manager cannot see their location.
- Managers work only on the pages assigned to them. Check their access in Team.
- One page's account stopped posting.
- Open Connected accounts and tap Reconnect, or Check status.
- Local posts went live without a check.
- Invite local staff as Manager and leave Publish without approval off.
